I forgot my account username. What do I do?

First, make sure that you have access to the email address associated with your Delivr account and that emails from email@example.com are not filtered out by any spam filters.
Recovering a forgotten username is a simple 5-step process:
- Click on the “Forgot username?” link on the sign-in page on delivr.com (or the link here). You will be presented with “Forgot Your Username?” page.
- Please enter the email address associated with your Delivr account.
- Click on the “reset my password” button. The Delivr system will send you a confirmation email. (If the confirmation mail does not arrive soon, please check your spam or junk mail folder; the email will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Check your email, find and read the recent email with the Subject line “Reset Delivr Password”.
- Follow the instructions given in the email to reset your password.
