Submission of a Partner Request is not a guarantee of admission to the Delivr Partner Program. Delivr will make admission decisions in its sole discretion. Admission to the Delivr Partner Program does not convey a right to sell or to offer for sale licenses for Delivr products. Admitted partners may only offer to sell subscriptions to Delivr products after entry into a partner contract signed by Delivr. Delivr reserves the right to amend the terms of the Partner Program at any time or to remove a partner or change the partner's status at any time.
