What are Workspaces, and how do you use them?
Workspaces in Delivr offer a central location that automatically organizes Campaigns and Campaign Groups by tagged color—making access simpler, collaboration more seamless, and execution more focused. Perfect for organizing by team, goal, task, or any custom purpose, Workspaces can be named however you prefer and used in a way that makes sense for your workflow team. Each Workspace functions as a personalized dashboard, highlighting your most essential items. When you unstar a Campaign or Group, it is automatically removed from any Workspace where it appears. This provides full flexibility without changing your original Campaigns or Groups.

Key Features
- Starred Items
When you star a Campaign or Group, it’s automatically added to the corresponding Workspace based on its tag color. - Workspace Notes
Leave helpful notes about goals, team roles, campaign status, or anything else your team should know. - Private & Flexible
Workspaces are visible only to the Account Owner/Admin and Contributors. They don’t impact how others view or interact with campaigns. - Organized Execution
Prioritize and group campaigns to stay aligned—without disrupting live settings or reporting.
Starring Campaigns and Groups Are Independent Actions
Tagging a Campaign or Group with a star is an independent action—updating one does not affect the other.
For example:
- If you tag five Campaigns with a green star and place them in a Group tagged with a purple star, the Campaigns will retain their green tags.
- A Group can contain Campaigns with a mix of star colors. Assigning a star color to the Group does not change or override the star colors of the Campaigns within it.
In short: starring is flexible and non-hierarchical—each Campaign and Group keeps its assigned star, regardless of grouping.
