Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No. You can sign up and use Delivr FREE without entering your credit card details. Get immediate results with no risk or obligation.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our online payment system. Contact us if you would like to prepay for 12 months by credit card, check or PO.
Do you accept payments via Purchase Order (PO) or Invoice?
Yes. Delivr requires a pre-paid subscription plan for increasing the number of active campaigns available in your account or to use advanced features. We do accept purchase orders (PO) as a request to upgrade to one of our Subscription Plans: Delivr PLUS, Delivr PRIME, Delivr VIP, Delivr PRO or Delivr ENTERPRISE. Upon receipt of a PO or a request for invoice, we will issue an invoice. The invoice must be paid in full and the full payment must be deposited on our bank account before your Delivr account can be upgraded. We accept payments by check, wire/bank deposit, or credit card. Request payment via purchase order (PO) or invoice.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Simply cancel your paid subscription and your credit card will not be charged again.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. You can subscribe to a monthly subscription plan that runs month-to-month so there are no long term contracts or commitments. Yearly plans discounted 10% are also available - that's over one month FREE over the year!
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Are custom plans available?

What if I go over my plan limits?
We do not automatically stop tracking your campaigns or collecting your data. You can continue to manage your existing campaigns and view reports. If you exceed your plan limits you will be prompted to upgrade.
What are the commercial use guidelines for your plans?
Delivr FREE is offered for personal, non-profit, trial, or educational use. Creating more than one account to avoid upgrading is not permitted. Delivr FREE can not be resold or provided as part of a commercial offering or service. If you are creating a Delivr account as part of a commercial service offered to others, please select the appropriate paid subscription plan.
Delivr PLUS and Delivr PRIME are offered for limited commercial use by individuals, consultants, micro-entities, and small companies.
Delivr VIP is offered for commercial use by medium-sized companies, printing, direct mail, event management and marketing agencies.
Delivr PRO is offered for commercial use by large-sized companies, organizations, cooperatives, brands, retail chains, media companies, and ad agencies. Also may be offered to enterprise-sized companies running product placement programs within a single region*.
Delivr ENTERPRISE is offered for commercial use by companies, organizations, cooperatives, retail chains, brands, businesses, and agencies that are enterprise-sized and running marketing or product placement programs in one or more region*. Provides options for additional account users, managed services, and API access.

Note: Delivr uses the following breakdown regarding company size. Do my Delivr campaigns expire?
Delivr FREE campaigns remain active for 1 year from creation date -or- after 1000 views, whichever comes first, after which they expire. To extend the life or reactivate expired campaigns, simply upgrade to a paid subscription plan. Delivr PLUS, Delivr PRIME, Delivr VIP, Delivr PRO, and Delivr ENTERPRISE campaigns do NOT expire under an active paid subscription plan.
Can I reactivate an expired campaign?
Yes. You will need to upgrade your account to a paid subscription plan. Campaigns do NOT expire under an active paid subscription plan. If you already have an account, sign into your account, then while signed in, return to this page to upgrade. If you do not have an account, please select the appropriate paid subscription plan above. Once you have upgraded, contact Delivr support.
How far back can I view my reports?
Delivr FREE - 90 days, Upgrade to a paid monthly subscription plan to view historical data.
Delivr PLUS, Delivr PRIME, Delivr VIP, Delivr PRO, and Delivr ENTERPRISE subscription plans receive all historical data.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, with Delivr PRO and Delivr ENTERPRISE. Under these plans, your campaigns can use a branded short domain (or subdomain). Branded short domains replace the “delivr.com” in your links with your brand name.
Does Delivr offer an API?
Yes. Delivr's services can be integrated into your platform or dashboard with our API. The API offers a typical RESTful interface and all calls are available in two formats: JSON and XML. The Delivr API is available as an add-on to Delivr ENTERPRISE

What is a tracking event?
A tracking event is counted every time someone engages your campaign e.g., clicking a Short URL, scanning a QR code, tapping a NFC tag, etc. Tracking events are a monthly quota, and reset at the start of each subscription period. Tracking events do not roll over to the next month.
