Basics

Profile Type

  • Choose Person if you're representing yourself as an individual.
    • This profile type is designed for individuals and typically includes a profile photo (often a headshot), a brief bio or summary, and contact information. It's commonly used for networking, building a personal brand, or engaging in social and professional interactions. Ideal for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram.
  • Choose Company if you're setting up a business or organizational presence.
    • This profile is meant for organizations, businesses, or institutions. It represents a brand or legal entity and is typically managed by one or more individuals on behalf of the company. Ideal for business listings, company pages on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, B2B networks, job posting accounts, and for use in marketing, advertising, or sales-related activities.

Links Section

Once your profile is saved, the Links section becomes available for editing. This feature is designed to consolidate multiple links into a single, easy-to-access landing page, ideal for social media bios that typically allow only one link. It’s especially valuable for creators, professionals, brands, and teams who want to organize and share multiple destinations, such as websites, booking pages, Shopify storefronts, product pages, downloads, portfolios, and more—all in one convenient, shareable place. These links appear as tappable buttons beneath your media and contact details, providing your audience with clear, direct pathways to explore your online presence or offerings.

What a Link Button Includes.

Each button is made up of the following elements:

  • Button Label. The label that appears on the button.
  • Button Link. The link the button will take users to when clicked.
  • Color. Choose a custom color to match your brand or visual style.
  • Style. Select between two presentation styles:
    • A filled button with bold presence.
    • An outlined button for a lighter, minimal look.

How to Save Link Changes

Links are managed individually by row. When editing or adding a link:

  • Each row must be saved individually by clicking the green check icon.
  • After editing a row, save it before making changes to the next.
  • If you switch to another row without saving, your changes will be lost.
