What are total views, QR scans, NFC taps and short URL clicks?

Delivr tracks a number of different events that reflect ways how end-users interact with QR codes, NFC tags or Short URLs. Delivr can track users scanning QR codes, tapping on NFC Tags, clicking on Short URLs, and more.

Here are the definitions for the numbers shown in Delivr Reports:

  • Total Views - Total visits to the Campaign Short URL or Campaign Landing Page or Profile through ALL tracking methods/URLs including scans, taps, clicks, and more.
  • QR Scans - Total visits to the Campaign Short URL or Campaign Landing Page or Profile through scans of a Delivr QR code.
  • NFC Taps - Total visits to the Campaign Short URL or Campaign Landing Page or Profile through taps of an NFC tag containing a Delivr NFC Tracking URL.
  • Short URL Clicks - Total visits to the Campaign Short URL or Campaign Landing Page or Profile through clicks of the Delivr Short URL.
