What are response rate, mobile, desktop, location by IP and location by GPS in a report?

Here are the definitions for the percentages shown in Delivr Reports:

Response Rate - Total Views as percentage of Campaign Circulation. Available only if Campaign Circulation is entered.
Mobile - Percentage of Total Views using a mobile device browser.
Desktop - Percentage of Total Views using a desktop browser.
Location by IP - Percentage of Total Views where a location is determined using the IP address of an end-user's device.
Location by GPS - Percentage of Total Views where a location is determined using the GPS location information provided with the end-user's consent directly from the end-user's device.
