Modern Slavery Statement
At Delivr, we are committed to conducting our business operations ethically and responsibly. We recognize the importance of human rights and strongly oppose any form of modern slavery or human trafficking. This Modern Slavery Statement outlines our approach to addressing current slavery risks within our organization and supply chain.
Our Business
Delivr is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based company in the United States. We provide a managed URL Shortener & dynamic QR Code Generator with Intelligent Link Management and Real-time Reporting. Our operations primarily involve developing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions for our customers. We may engage with suppliers and contractors globally.
Our Commitment
Delivr is fully committed to eradicating modern slavery and human trafficking from all aspects of our operations and supply chain. We prioritize safeguarding human rights and ensuring equitable treatment for all workers.
Policies and Procedures
We have implemented robust policies and procedures to address the risk of modern slavery.
- Code of Conduct. This sets out the principles and standards all employees, contractors, and suppliers must adhere to. It emphasizes our commitment to human rights and explicitly prohibits modern slavery and human trafficking.
- Supplier Code of Conduct. This outlines our expectations from our suppliers and contractors regarding ethical business practices, including the prohibition of modern slavery and human trafficking. We require our suppliers to acknowledge and adhere to this code.
- Due Diligence. We conduct due diligence on our suppliers and contractors to assess compliance with our standards and identify any potential risks related to modern slavery. This process may involve reviewing supplier questionnaires, conducting audits, and engaging in regular communication to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Employee Awareness and Training. We provide regular training and awareness programs, focusing on recognizing and reporting any signs of modern slavery. We encourage our employees to raise concerns or suspicions through established reporting channels without fear of retaliation.
- Whistleblowing Policy. We maintain a whistleblowing policy that enables employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any concerns about modern slavery. We treat all reports with confidentiality and investigate them promptly.
- Internal Accountability. We have implemented internal controls and accountability mechanisms to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures, such as periodic reviews of our practices and reporting lines to ensure effectiveness and appropriate action in response to identified risks.
Supplier Engagement
We strive to work with suppliers and contractors who share our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices. Our supplier engagement activities include the following:
- Supplier Evaluation. We assess potential suppliers and contractors based on compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct and relevant ethical standards. We prioritize suppliers who demonstrate a commitment to human rights and responsible sourcing.
- Contracts and Agreements. We include provisions in our contracts and agreements with suppliers to explicitly prohibit modern slavery and require adherence to relevant labour and human rights standards.
- Supplier Audits. We may conduct audits of our suppliers to verify compliance with our standards and identify any potential risks. These audits may include visits to supplier facilities, document reviews, and worker interviews.
- Remediation. In the event that a supplier is discovered to be in breach of our policies or involved in modern slavery practices, we will take immediate action to work with them in resolving the situation. In cases where a supplier fails to take appropriate remedial action, we may terminate the business relationship.
Monitoring and Review
We are committed to continuously improving our approach to combating modern slavery. We regularly review and monitor our policies, procedures, and supplier engagements to ensure they remain effective and aligned with evolving best practices. We encourage feedback from our stakeholders and work collaboratively with industry peers and relevant organizations to advance our efforts.
At Delivr, our commitment to addressing modern slavery risks is reflected in our annual review and update of our Modern Slavery Statement to show ongoing progress.
