Lucky Dragon was designed around Privacy by Design as a core principle. The app is built to operate without collecting, transmitting, storing, or sharing personal information. Any content you create within Lucky Dragon remains solely on your device and is never transmitted to Delivr or any third party.

• We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• We do not collect or store sensitive personal information or personally identifiable information (PII).
• We do not collect user IDs or other pseudonymous identifiers.
• We do not fingerprint devices.
• We do not build profiles of players.
• We do not attempt to identify players.
• We do not collect information about your gameplay activity, location, or usage patterns within Lucky Dragon.
• Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use your information for profiling or automated decision-making.
• Lucky Dragon does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, social media SDKs, or other tracking technologies. The app does not transmit gameplay or personal information to third parties.
• The core Lucky Dragon experience is fully playable offline and requires no internet connection. Lucky Dragon communicates with Delivr's servers only when you voluntarily access external resources, such as this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, support pages, or other informational pages. An internet connection is also used only if you choose to use the optional Share feature through your device's built-in sharing interface.

Because Lucky Dragon does not create user accounts or collect personal information, Delivr has no personal information to access, sell, share, disclose, or monetize.

In short, your experience stays on your device — and your privacy remains yours.

2. Managed Links

Lucky Dragon may open informational pages, such as this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, support resources, or other informational content, using Delivr-managed Short URLs.

When these links are accessed, Delivr may collect limited technical information that does not identify you personally and is necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and measure the performance of the managed link service. This information may include the date and time of access, an anonymized IP address, approximate geographic information, such as country, state or province, or city, device type, operating system, browser or in-app browser, language, and referral information. This technical information is used only for those purposes and is never used to identify individuals, build user profiles, serve advertising, or track users across websites or applications.

This information relates only to your use of Delivr-managed informational pages. Lucky Dragon does not transmit gameplay activity, in-app usage information, or personal information to Delivr. Opening these informational pages is entirely optional and separate from normal gameplay.

Delivr does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, advertising identifiers, persistent device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) through these managed links.

3. Third-Party Services

Lucky Dragon does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, social media, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. When you voluntarily leave Lucky Dragon to visit an external website or online service, that website or service operates under its own privacy practices and policies, which are separate from this Privacy Policy.

4. Device Permissions

Lucky Dragon may request access to your device's camera to enable augmented reality (AR) experiences. Camera access is used only while AR features are active. Images and video are processed entirely on your device and never leave it. Lucky Dragon does not capture, upload, store, or transmit them.

For augmented reality (AR) experiences, Lucky Dragon may use your device's motion sensors, including the gyroscope and accelerometer, to accurately position and orient virtual content within your environment. Motion sensor data is used only when AR features are active, processed locally on your device, and never transmitted to Delivr or any third party.

Lucky Dragon uses your device's speakers to play music, ambient sound, sound effects, spoken guidance, and other audio that are part of the experience.

Lucky Dragon may request permission to use your device's vibration feature solely to provide haptic feedback. Subtle haptic feedback complements key moments throughout the experience.

Lucky Dragon includes an optional Share feature that uses your device's built-in sharing interface, allowing you to share content through compatible apps, such as Email, Messages, or other sharing apps installed on your device. Sharing is always initiated by you. Lucky Dragon does not know which app you choose, who you share with, or whether sharing was completed. Once you select a sharing app, that app handles the shared content in accordance with its own privacy practices.

5. Children's Privacy

Lucky Dragon does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user. Because the app does not collect personal information, there is no personal information for us to retain, disclose, or delete.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting the updated Privacy Policy.
