How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?

Once you sign into your Delivr account, there are two ways how you can change or upgrade your current subscription plan.

Option 1:

  1. Click on the ‘Upgrade’ link just below the usage bar, located towards the top right of the page. You will be presented with the summary page showing the available subscription plans. Your current plan will be identified with a grayed-out button and words ‘Current Subscription’ on it.
  2. Select and click on the button for the desired subscription plan. Your Account Information page with the Payment Method details will show up, with the form to select the desired Subscription Plan and enter your credit card details. The Subscription Plan field at the top of the form will be populated with your chosen plan. Upon review, you may leave it as is, or change it to a different plan using the pull-down menu arrow.
  3. Enter the required payment details and click on the ‘Create Subscription’ button.

Option 2:

  1. Click on the Subscription link located at the main navigation menu at the top of the page. The page identifying your current subscription plan will be shown.
  2. Select the ‘Change Plan’ tab located towards the top of this page. Your Account Information page with the Payment Method details will show up, with the form to select the desired Subscription Plan and enter your credit card details.
  3. Click on the down-arrow in the Subscription Plan field to view the pull-down menu of options and select the desired plan.
  4. Enter the required payment details and click on the ‘Create Subscription’ button.
