I changed my campaigns Destination URL but when scanned it still brings me to the old destination. Why?

There are two reasons this can occur:
- The old Destination URL is stuck in your phone's web browser or QR Code Reader app cache. Clear that cache/history and then try again or try using a different reader or different phone.
- The code you are scanning might not be the code that you changed the Destination URL for. You can check this by using a QR Code Reader app that allows viewing of the Campaign Short URL embedded in the QR Code. If you can see the short URL, you can compare the Delivr Campaign ID contained in the short URL with the Delivr ID for the code under your account that you changed the Destination URL for.
