How to manage and organize Campaigns.

How to manage and organize Campaigns.

Using Labels, Groups, Tags, Stars, Workspaces, and UTMs in Delivr. Delivr helps you keep campaigns and QR codes effortlessly organized—making them easier to locate, manage, and analyze. Labels, Groups, Tags, Stars, Workspaces, and UTM Parameters all work together to give you clarity and control.

Labels | Campaign Titles & Notes

Think of labels as your campaign’s internal name tag—a quick visual cue for identifying what a campaign is about without opening it.

  • Identify and classify campaigns for internal reference.
  • Add descriptive campaign titles and notes so you and your team can see the purpose at a glance. Labels don’t affect QR code functionality, but they improve filtering and reporting.
Groups | Folder-Style Organization

Groups are like folders for your campaigns, making it easy to manage related items together.

  • Keep multiple campaigns organized under a single heading.
  • Group campaigns by shared purpose or placement (e.g., posters, product SKUs, publications).
Tags | Flexible Classification

Tags are keywords or phrases you assign to campaigns for extra filtering and searching power.

  • Classify and locate campaigns with keywords.
  • Add tags when creating a campaign or later under the Campaign Labels section. Use them alongside—or instead of—Groups for flexible organization.
Stars & Workspaces | Prioritize at a Glance

Stars

Stars are color-coded markers (e.g., red = urgent, yellow = review, green = live, purple = needs update) are used to highlight priority Campaigns and Groups. Applied independently—starring a Group doesn’t star its Campaigns and vice versa. Starred items are automatically added to the corresponding Workspace based on their star color.

  • Highlight campaigns by importance, status, or task.
  • Stars are color-coded. Starred items appear in a Workspace, a collection of starred campaigns and groups for quick access and collaboration.

Independent Starring

Starring is flexible and non-hierarchical:

  • Tagging a Campaign with a star does not change the star on its Group.
  • A Group can have Campaigns with mixed star colors.
  • Assigning a star to a Group does not override the stars on the Campaigns inside.

Example:
If you tag five Campaigns with a green star and place them in a Group with a purple star, the Campaigns keep their green stars.

Workspaces

Centralized dashboards that automatically organize Campaigns and Campaign Groups by star color, making priority items easy to access and manage. Ideal for organizing by team, goal, task, or custom purpose. Unstaring instantly removes items without affecting the originals. Add notes for goals, roles, or status, and keep them private to Owners/Admins and Contributors.

Campaign Parameters (UTMs) | Track the Full Journey

UTM parameters are tags you add to a campaign’s destination URL to track where visitors come from and how they interact with your content.

  • Measure campaign performance in tools like Google Analytics, attribute conversions accurately, and connect QR code scans to real-world campaign results.
  • Append UTMs to URLs to capture traffic data by source, medium, campaign name, or custom tracking values.
Pro Tip

Combine these tools for maximum clarity and insight.

Example. Put all product launch campaigns into a Group, tag them green for marketing initiatives, set the top priorities for your Workspace, and add UTM parameters to track performance in your analytics platform.
