Types of Account Users & Roles.
Delivr simplifies team collaboration by providing customized access to campaigns, groups, and account features. Whether working with colleagues, contractors, or clients, understanding the roles, access levels, and organizational tools allows everyone to contribute effectively while safeguarding your data.
Account Owner / Admin
The primary owner of the account with full control over all settings, campaigns, and access permissions.
- Can grant or remove access for others.
- Can configure high-level settings (with Delivr Support assistance).
- Only one Admin per account.
Contributors
Team members with broad creative and management permissions across the account (when given account-level scope).
- Can create, edit, and manage campaigns.
- Can handle links, QR codes, groups, landing pages, profiles, and reports.
- Can bulk import/export campaigns.
- Cannot delete campaigns—only the admin has that permission.
Editors
Focused access to specific campaigns or groups.
- an edit and manage campaigns within their assigned scope.
- Can manage links, download QR codes, edit landing pages, and pause campaigns.
- Cannot see or edit anything outside their assigned group(s) or campaign(s).
Analysts
- Report-focused role for reviewing data and insights. Can view reports. Can download QR codes. Access can be granted at the account, group, or campaign level.
Access Levels at a Glance
When you invite others to collaborate on your Delivr account, you can set how much access they have and to which campaigns or groups.
Account Scope
Full visibility and editing rights for all campaigns and groups in the account.
Group Scope
Access is limited to campaigns within the selected group(s).
Campaign Scope
Access is limited to individual campaigns you choose to share.
Adding new collaborators to your Delivr account is simple and lets your team share campaign management responsibilities.
Go to Account Settings
From the top navigation bar, click Account.
Select “Grant Access"
Choose the level of access: Account, Group, or Campaign.
Enter Details
Type the person’s Delivr username or email address.
Send Invite
An email invitation will be sent to the user. If they decline, they will not appear in your list of granted users.
Confirm Access
Once accepted, the team member will have the permissions you assigned.
- Contributor Dashboard Message. You can display a custom message on your Contributors' dashboards. This can include project updates, instructions, deadlines, or tips to keep collaboration running smoothly.
- Use Groups for Team Projects. Group campaigns related to the same project or department for easier team management.
- Label & Tag for Clarity . Adding clear labels and tags helps all collaborators quickly find and manage campaigns.
- Star Priority Campaigns. Use stars to keep high-priority items visible to your team.
- Add UTM Parameters. Ensure campaigns have tracking data for performance analysis across the team.
- Limit Scope. Thoughtfully: Grant only the minimum necessary access to keep your account secure.
