Are there limits to the number of scans my QR codes can receive?

Delivr FREE Accounts

A limit of 1,000 tracking events/scans is applied towards Delivr FREE Accounts. If you anticipate that your QR codes will be scanned more than 1,000 times, you should probably consider a monthly paid subscription. Once your campaign/QR Code has reached the limit, operations of the campaign/QR Code will be suspended. Upgrading to a paid monthly subscription plan will automatically enable continued operations.

Free campaigns/QR codes expire after a minimum of one year. An upgrade to a paid subscription plan is necessary for continued use and operation. Expired campaigns/QR codes can be reactivated and their scan limit status reinstated, once a Delivr FREE account user upgrades their account to a paid monthly subscription plan.

Delivr PLUS, PRIME, VIP and PRO Accounts

There are no limits for QR Codes/Short URLs belonging to current (paid-up) subscribers with Delivr PLUS, PRIME, VIP, or PRO Accounts.

That being said, at our discretion, a temporary "Fair Use" monthly scan limit may be applied to unusually high scan-volume accounts (>25,000 scans/month) belonging to paid subscribers. Your account will be reviewed to ensure that you selected the appropriate plan for your size organization and campaign use. You will be contacted well in advance if any of your QR codes are approaching a Fair Use threshold so that we can work out a solution prior to limiting usage.
